Osiris Biotechnology Ltd develops and sells product licences for specialist breast-milk filters to prevent transmission of diseases such as HIV and TB from mother to child.
With breastfeeding confirmed by the Department of Heath as the best form of nutrition for infants, Osiris Biotechnology Ltd’s products aim to give the choice back to the mother, allowing breastfeeding to be undertaken without risk of infection. Product licences will be sold to large medical device companies for manufacture and integration into existing worldwide mother-to-childprevention programs.
