Blueprint @ Sunderland is open to all staff, students and recent graduates at the University who have a business idea.

If you need help with developing your business idea, the University has a dedicated Enterprise Team working from three enterprise centres:
Creativitiworks – based in the Media Centre at Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peter’s offers accommodation for fledgling businesses from the creative industries. Creativitiworks provides a supportive and encouraging environment for creative enterprise, combined with state-of-the-art media facilities and academic knowledge.
St Peter’s Gate – is a high-tech building offering office units to knowledge-based businesses. Situated on the banks of the River Wear, it has stunning riverside views, easy access to nearby metro station and free, on-site car parking. St Peter’s Gate is part of Sunderland Science Park.
The Hatchery – offers University of Sunderland students and graduates the opportunity to develop their business ideas and knowledge. They can gain access to office facilities, seminars, networking events and workshops and links with regional businesses.
